  • Median Sale Price: Around $386,000 for single-family homes. That’s down just a bit from last year.

  • Average Days on Market: 114 days. Yes, homes are sitting a little longer—so patience is key on both sides.

  • Active Inventory: We’ve got options! Over 6,000 homes and 4,000 condos/townhomes currently on the market.
