Every Home Tells a Story, I'm Here to Help You Write Yours

Buying or selling a home isn’t just a transaction — it’s a chapter in your life story. Whether you’re starting fresh, chasing a long-held dream, or closing a meaningful season, I believe your home should reflect who you are and where you’re going. My job isn’t just to help you find the right property or the right buyer — it’s to understand your vision, your timeline, and the emotions that come with this kind of change. Then I help you turn the page with confidence. Because your story matters. And I’d be honored to help you write the next part.

Meet Elayna

After more than 30 years in corporate America — including 21 years with the same company — I found myself at a crossroads in the aftermath of 2020. The career I’d poured my life into was gone, and for the first time in decades, I had the chance to ask: What do I really want?

That question led me here — to real estate, yes. But more importantly, to people. To purpose. To a career that allows me to help others navigate big transitions with confidence, clarity, and a whole lot of heart.

I’ve called coastal South Carolina home for 36 years, and Myrtle Beach isn’t just my market — it’s my community. I don’t just know the neighborhoods; I know the stories, the pace, the people. I know what it’s like to move forward after a setback, to build something new, and to want a home that feels like peace, not pressure.

Myrtle Beach, SC

The City of Myrtle Beach is a residential and vacation community at the heart of South Carolina's Grand Strand coast. Our 35,000-plus permanent residents and millions of visitors enjoy wide beaches, warm weather and an incredible range of entertainment and activities. Myrtle Beach was incorporated in 1938 and became a city in 1957, when the permanent population first topped 5,000. The name "Myrtle Beach" comes from the wax myrtle, an abundant local shrub, and was chosen in a name-the-town contest in 1900.
